Abstract: In this modest realization, we briefly illustrated the cylindro-parabolic concentrator, where we discussed solar radiation, its nature, its components and the factors influencing its intensity, as well as the most important mathematical relationships for the calculation. the intensity of solar radiation, In addition to a descriptive study on the cylindro-parabolic concentrator , we have highlighted its components and structural features, as well as the views of energy efficiency, as well as the main energy relationships of the device. Our research has led us to conclude that this device is suitable for use in most parts of Algeria because of its high yields that suit our geographical location
