اثر استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) على تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات النفطية العاملة في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ( ERP) على تحسين أداء بعض المؤسسات النفطية العاملة بالجزائر، والمتمثلة في أربعة مؤسسات جزائرية وأجنبية، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 149 موظف من مستعملي نظام ERP داخل المؤسسات، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على إجراء المقابلات، والاستبيان، ووثائق المؤسسات، من اجل التعرف على واقع العلاقة التأثيرية بين نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة وتحسين الأداء؛ ولتحليل الاستبانة تم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي باستخدام برنامج SPSS V22، وتحليل الانحدار البسيط والمتعدد وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وكان من بين أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هو انه يوجد استخدام لجميع وحدات نظام ERP في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، وان هذه الأخيرة ترتكز على مؤشرات معينة من اجل تحسين أدائها، وتختلف من حيث الأهمية والاعتماد عن تلك المتوصل إليها في الدراسات السابقة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن وحدة إدارة الموارد المالية ليس لها اثر في تحسين أداء المؤسسات، أما باقي الوحدات فانه يوجد اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة في تحسين أداء المؤسسات النفطية العاملة بالجزائر محل الدراسة.

This study aimed to identify the impact of the ERP system on improving the performance of some oil companies operating in Algeria, The sample included 149 employees of the ERP system within the institutions. In this study, Interviews, questionnaire and institutional documents in order to identify the reality of the correlation between the ERP system and the performance improvement. The analysis of the questionnaire was based on descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS V22, simple and multiple regression analysis and mono-variance analysis, Our findings indicate that There is use for all ERP system modules in the institutions under study, and that the latter are based on specific indicators to improve their performance, differ in importance and depend on those obtained in previous studies. The results also showed that the Financial Resources Management Unit Has no effect on improving the performance of institutions, and the rest of the units, there is a significant impact of the statistical use of the ERP system to improve the performance of the oil institutions operating in Algeria under study.
