The question posed through this literature review would be to know what are the prevention programs and therapeutic programs to prevent young people and families from sinking into delinquency. On another side, would we be able to adapt these programs to the Algerian reality? Juvenile delinquency is considered by most experts as the natural product of dysfunction at the family level. The research proposed here shows that a set of risk and protective factors play a determining role in the trajectory of youth towards delinquency. Prevention and therapy programs focus on reducing the impact of risk factors and their harms on the one hand and enhancing protective factors and their benefits on the other. We propose to expose a number of these programs that have shown their effectiveness in Western societies, particularly in America and Canada.en_US
