dc.description.abstractThe objective of our research is the quantification of the phenolic compounds and flavonoids to estimate the effective anti-oxidant of some extracts. Where we estimate the activity inhibition by 3 methods: test of DPPH° which proved that all the extracts has higher inhibition best then ascorbic acid, BHA and BHT. method of reduction of triple iron, which its results showed that the all extracts has a good as that we estimate the value of AEAC at leaves best then seeds . Chelation method of di-iron as to as the results showed that all the extracts has ability to contract the ion di-iron and the best chelation of this ion is the extract of leaves. Finally we find correlation between the values of IC50 specific of chelation test and the values of AEAC to some extracts by linear coefficient correlation R2=0.82.en_US
