Abstract

cette étude vise a mesurer l'impact de la migration de l'entreprise linde gaz vers la nouvelle certification iso 9001 dans sa version 2015 sur la gestion des ressources humaines; Et pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons mener des entretiens avec les responsables ressources humaines de l'entreprise et faire une étude de cas. et on a conclus que le SMQ aide Linde Gaz à atteindre ses différents objectifs, soit du coté administratif ou bien technique, et grâce a ce système l’Enterprise Linde Gaz s’adapte mieux aux différents changements exposés .

The problem that we sought to study in this study ( the impact of ISO 9001 :2015 certification on the management of human resources) , in order to reflect on the questions posed and validate the hypotheses formulated , we have mastered some methods ( observation, interview ) and the Linde GAS study. The main results obtained in this study are like (the objectives and the policy that exists in Linde GAS, place of SMQ a Linde GAS and the process measure indicators HR et CF of linde GAS etc) and we concluded that the SMQ to help the company to obtain different objectives to the administrative or tecknical and thanks to SMQ the company adapted to the different changes exposed
