dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is the identification of the level employee’s perception to organizational justice and investigate of the relationship between organizational justice and employees’ motivation. 79 employees were used us a sample from the Cement Industry Company at Zahana -Mascara. We followed the analytical descriptive method. The scale of Organizational justice and Motivation to achieve, were used as data collection tools in the study, The results showed that there are a Average level in organizational justice and there are correlation between organizational justice with its three dimensions (distributive, procedural, and interactional) and employee’s motivation . | en_US |
