The possibility of the State being militarily accountable depends on the actions of private entities that violate the provisions of armed conflicts whether they are or not an organ of the State but, is acting under it's authority which depends on norms established by International law and is based on the availability of dispositions rates for the State. Since the latter doesn't automatically assume all the actions of entities under its jurisdiction. This is due to the recent shifts in the subject of the international responsibility and the legal uncertainty associated with the use of force in the light of the state's lack of monopoly, on the legitimate use of it in a comprehensive framework of its international obligation and the emergence of the private entities engaged in such actions. This what we have tried to find in our research paper to clarify the legal determinants and rules of attribution developed in this theme.en_US
