دراسة الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة مستخلص الدهون الموجودة في بذور نبات الفقوس البري « Ecballium elaterium »

Abstract

حاليا يسلط الضوء في المجتمع العلمي و في عالم الأحياء والكيمياء على دراسة النباتات الطبية و كذا الدور المأساوي لعملية الأكسدة التي لا يمكن السيطرة عليها و الناجمة عن الأنواع الأكسجين التفاعلي (ROS). لأنها السبب المباشر للأمراض المختلفة مثل الشيخوخة و السرطان. لهذا تتمحور دراستنا على إستخلاص الدهون من نبات الفقوس البري «Ecballium elaterium » و الذي يعتبر نبات بري ينتمي إلى عائلة «Cucurbitaceae » ، و يوجد بوفرة في مناطق البحر الأبيض المتوسط ، و تحديد نسبتها هي هذا النبات و كذا مدى تأثيرها المضاد للأكسدة.
