اثر مخاطر الائتمان على الاداء المالي للبنوك التجارية دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري خلال الفترة 2014-2017

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر هيكل الملكية وخصائص مجلس الإدارة على ممارسة سياسة إدارة الأرباح في الشركات المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة الممتدة (2013-2017)، حيث تتمثل متغيرات الدراسة المتعلقة بهيكل الملكية في : نسبة تركيز الملكية والملكية الإدارية، وأما المتغيرات المتعلقة بخصائص مجلس الإدارة فتمثلت في: حجم مجلس الإدارة، استقلالية مجلس الإدارة، ازدواجية دور المدير التنفيذي، وعدد اجتماعات مجلس الإدارة، والعينة متكونة من 20 شركة صناعية مدرجة في السوق وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج بيانات بانل وبالاستعانة ببرنامج Eviews9. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متغيرات هيكل الملكية المتمثلة في نسبة تركيز الملكية والملكية الإدارية هما الأكثر تأثيرا على ممارسة سياسة إدارة الأرباح في الشركات الأردنية، في حين لم يكن لخصائص مجلس الإدارة أي تأثير على ممارسة سياسة إدارة الأرباح.

The study aims at infiuencing the structure of ownership and the characteristics of the Board of Directors on the practice of profit management Policy in companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during the period (2013-2017), The study variables related to ownership structure (administrative ownership and ownership ratio), As well as the variables related to the characteristics of the Board of Directors (size of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors Independence, duplication of the Board of Directors, Number of meetings) The sample consists of 20 companies listed on the market. The multiple linear regression model and the program Eviews9. ownership structure of ownership and administrative ownership is the most influential effect of the profit management policy in Jordanian companies, while the characteristics of the board of directors did not have an impact on profit management policy.
