Abstract: This study aims at identifying the evaluation of the employees working in the services charged of producing the biometric ID cards and passports in the District of Touggourt for the electronic government al project in Algeria in the reality of its application and providing the requirements of its success.95 questionnaire papers were distributed among the employees of all the different services of biometric ID cards and passports of all the district of Touggourt. 80 of them were regained and 76 were valid for the study. In this study, we concluded that : the evaluation of the employees of the services charged of making biometric ID cards and passports in the district of Touggourt was positive in compare is on with the reality of applying the project of the electronic government in Algeria; the services charged of producing biometric ID cards and passports in the administrative District of Touggourt provided the requirements of success of the electronic government which were medium in the viewpoint of its employees.
