دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في الحد من الفساد المالي في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائر. دراسة ميدانية 2019

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في الحد من الفساد المالي في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائر، حيث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي في شقه النظري وطبق المنهج الاستقرائي في تحليل الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه كجانب من الدراسة التطبيقية على عينة تتكون من 41 فرد بين مراجعي حسابات ومفتشين وإطارات وموظفين بمؤسسات عمومية وخاصة، واستخدم الباحث جملة من الأساليب الإحصائية والرياضية في تحليل البيانات بالإضافة إلى برنامج (SPSS.V20) ومعالج البيانات Excel وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن :  ظاهرة الفساد المالي منتشرة بشكل محدود في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائر.  آليات حوكمة الشركات مطبقة بمستوى عالي في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائر.  توجد هناك علاقة عكسية بين مستوى تطبيق آليات حوكمة الشركات ومستوى انتشار ظاهرة الفساد المالي في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائر.

The objective of this study is to study the role of corporate governance mechanisms in reducing financial corruption in Algeria. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical unit and applied the inductive method in analyzing the questionnaire which was distributed as part of the applied study on a sample of 41 individuals among auditors, And the employees of public and private institutions. The researcher used a number of statistical and mathematical methods in data analysis in addition to the SPSS.V20 program and the Excel data processor. The study concluded that:

 The phenomenon of financial corruption is very limited in Algeria.  Corporate governance mechanisms are in place at a high level in Algeria.  There is an inverse relationship between the level of application of corporate governance mechanisms and the level of spread of financial corruption in Algeria.
