Based on the data loggings, evaluation of Quartzite tank Hamra in the new field of Bir Sbaa was approached by a vertical division of the tank, followed by its petrophysical characterization. Three zones have been identified, zone 1, clay, thin, not rich clay and low values of porosity and permeability; Zones 2 and 3, thicker clay in poor and rich in silt and sandstones and better porosity and permeability. Zone 2 is a cylindrical type sequence resulting in a stable depositional environment while Zone 3 is a regressive sequence. The origin of the deposits of zones 2 and 3 is not too different. This is the same environmenten_US
