The present work comes within the framework of the study, simulation, and the design of a centrifugal pump and consists in developing an "integral approach" for the dimensioning and the optimization of the centrifugal pump machine equipped with blades. It is a three-dimensional modeling of the dynamic behavior of an incompressible, viscous, turbulent and unsteady fluid. The aim is to analyze, and to understand the behavior of the circulating fluid inside the turbomachine, we followed the three-dimensional approach where we presented the distributions of the pressure and velocity fields. The conservation equations are solved by genetic algorithms included in the calculation code "FLUENT" using the finite volume method, the Reynolds constraints were expressed by the transport model of turbulent shear stresses (k-ε), the results obtained do not only present a serious review of prediction and understanding of the phenomena associated with the operation of the turbomachines, but also for the prediction of the performances.en_US
