Public administration in Algeria and E - Management Strategy

Abstract

Of promotion strategies, Public administration reform and its apdate, E-Managment. Which are contemporary administrative models in the time of information and communication technology. It contribute to minimize the organization and administrative problems, and achieving goals efficiently and effectiveness. This study aimed to identifying the public administration and its principles, then show some of its problems in Algeria, also show The E-Management stratigies in Algerian public administration and its main obstacles.
