La présence de la langue française dans l'administration algérienne entre la réalité et la loi. Etude sociolinguistique

Abstract

Dans ce présent travail de recherche, nous tenterons de savoir, la place réelle qui occupe la langue française dans l'administration algérienne à la lumière de la législation portant arabisation de l'administration. L’intérêt de cette étude est de dévoiler la présence ou l’ancrage de la langue française dans l’administration algérienne, en paradoxalisant cette réalité avec les lois qui ont été promulguées pour l’instauration de l’arabisation à travers des rappels par des arrêtés d’application.

In this research, we will try to find out, the true position occupied by the French language in the Algerian administration in the light of legislation related to the Arabization of the administration. The importance of this study is lies in revealing the existence or consolidation the anchoring of the French language in the Algerian administration, by as well as havealing the stark contrast between this reality on the one hand and the laws, orders and instrictions issued in order to arabyze the algerian administrationon the other hand.

في هذا البحث، حاولنا معرفة المكان الحقيقي الذي تحتله اللغة الفرنسية في الإدارة الجزائرية في ضوء التشريعات المتعلقة بتعريب الإدارة. تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في الكشف عن وجود أو ترسخ اللغة الفرنسية في الإدارة الجزائرية، وكذا الكشف عن التناقض الصارخ بين هذا الواقع من جهة والقوانين والأوامر والتعليمات التي صدرت بغية تعريب الإدارة الجزائرية من جهة أخرى.
