dc.description.abstractThe increased interest in studying social phenomena in its various dimensions, and its forms contributed to the study of many dimensions of social phenomena and the knowledge of the reasons leading to these behaviors, in an attempt to reduce their spread, and sexual crimes are one of these phenomena, which have repercussions that are difficult to recover from, as they spread and are known to rise It is evident in Algerian society, like the rest of the world, and there are many factors predisposing to deviant sexual behavior by the individual.
