la qualité d’eau en comparaison avec un bassin témoin. On observe à la fin de cette étape : NH4+ = 0(mg/l) ;
NO2- = 0(mg/l) ; NO3- ± 50(mg/l).
une augmentation de croissance en fonction de temps The study consists in the fabrication of an aquaponics system (NFT), then see the effect of this system on the water quality and to determine the difference between the quality of rearing water in this aquaponics system (NFT) and in the control basin and the effect this quality on the growth of tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) and blond lettuce from BATAVIA (Paris) for 15 weeks. For the first step, we monitored the temperature, the pH and the nutrients (ammonium nitrite and nitrates) of the water in the basin of this system, these are at the beginning: NH4+± 0.25 (mg / l), NO2- , ± 2 (mg / l) NO3- ± 25 (mg / l), which gives us at the end: NH3+ 0 (mg / 1), NO2 0.25 (mg / 1), NO ± 50 (mg / 1), this decrease of ammonium, nitrite and nitrate incrase through the activity of nitrifying bacteria that have proliferated in the system. Overall this is the goal of this step. For the 2nd step, we made the step of our study to see the different impacts of this system on the quality of water in comparison with a control basin. At the end of this step, on observed: NH4+.- 0 (mg /1) NO, -0 (mg /1) NO = 50 (mg / l) . The Monitoring of biological parameters of tilapia fish and blond lettuce from BATAVIA (paris) obtained an increase in growth as a function of time. |
