dc.description.abstractThis study aims to verify the global structure of the organizational strength meter, with a view to checking the number of its underlying factors, and to uncover this structure; Exploratory and empirical factor analysis was applied to a sample of workers in the higher education sector of (400) using the main axis method with oblique rotation of the axes, and the results concluded that the data of the organizational force scale is reliable, as the results showed by relying on the Kaiser test, and the slope curve test That the scale has a hexagonal factor structure, these factors are: after (official) position, after experience, after reward, after punishment, after personality, after information; Empirical factor analysis has also been applied and the results have shown superiority in the organizational strength model that was found in this studyen_US
