dc.description.abstractThe acquisition of the trader status has legal implications imposed by commercial reality on the one hand, and the speed and credit elements on which commercial operations are based on the other hand. However, with technological and technical advancements, it became necessary for the merchant to enter this field to expand his trade and his holdings. But a problem arose when the use of the electronic network by others affected the data and data submitted by the electronic merchant for registration in various digital fields. This opened the way for a new type of commercial informational crime. This necessitated legislative intervention to curb these attacks through some laws developed in this field, especially Law No. 18-07, Law No. 18-05 and some other related lawsen_US
