علاقة المعرفة البيداغوجية بفاعلية التدريس لدى أساتذة الرياضيات بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى دلالة العلاقة بين المعرفة البيداغوجية وفاعلية التدريس لدى أساتذة الرياضيات في بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط وقد تفرعت من التساؤلات التالية: 1-ما مستوى المعرفة البيداغوجية لدى أساتذة الرياضيات في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ؟ 2-ما مستوى فاعلية التدريس لدى أساتذة الرياضيات في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ؟ بلغت عينة الدراسة الأولية ( 100) أستاذ وأستاذة وبسبب الأزمة الصحية التي تمر بها البلاد وجدنا صعوبة في تطبيق الدراسة على أفراد العينة لذلك اشتملت الدراسة الحالية على ( 80) أستاذ وأستاذة في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، اختيرو بطريقة عشوائية من متوسطات مدينة ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمنا أداتين لجمع البيانات وهما: اختبار لقياس المعرفة البيداغوجية لدى أساتذة الرياضيات المعد من طرف الطالبتان، واستبيان لقياس فاعلية التدريس لدى أساتذة الرياضيات من تصميم الطالبتان. وتم معالجة البيانات باستعمال برنامجين spss 22وExcel (2007)، فظهرت النتائج التالية: -توجد علاقة دالة احصائيا بين المعرفة البيداغوجية وفاعلية التدريس لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط.

The present study aimed to reveal the significance of the corrélation between pedagogical knowledge and teaching effectiveness among mathematics professors in the intermediate education stage, and it branched out from the following questions: 1-What is the level of pedagogical knowledge of mathematics teachers (male - female) at the intermediate level? 2- What is the level of effectiveness of teaching among mathematics teachers in intermediate education? The sample of the initial study reached (100) teachers , and because of the health crisis that the country is going through, we found it difficult to apply the study to individuals of the sample, so the current study included (80)A teachers at the intermediate education stage, chosen randomly from the averages of the city of Ouargla, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, we followed the relational descriptive approach, and we used two tools to collect data, namely: a test to measure the pedagogical knowledge of the mathematics teachers prepared by the two students, and a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of teaching among mathematics teachers Designed by the two students. The data was processed using spss22 and Excel (2007) programs, and the following results were shown: - There is a statistically significant corrélation between the pedagogical knowledge and the effectiveness of teaching among middle education teachers.
