إدراك التلاميذ لدور الأستاذ في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم دراسة ميدانية ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي لدور الاستاذ في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم ، ومعرفة فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق في إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي لدور الأستاذ في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس التخصص المستوى الدراسي. صاغت الدراسة فرضيات موجبة حيث إفترضت وجود فروق في إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي لدور الأستاذ في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس التخصص المستوى الدراسي . إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي المقارن كون الدراسة استكشافية في منطلقها وإمتدت لتدرس الفروق الممكنة في المتغيرات المدروس . تم تصميم إستبيان لجمع بيانات الدراسة تم تطبيقه بعد التأكد من بعض خصائصه السيكومترية(الصدق والثبات). تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي قدرت ب 95 فرداأختيرت بالطريقة الميسرة، وتمت معالجة البيانات SPSS 21 وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1 ـ إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي لدور الأستاذ في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم إيجابي. 2 ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم تعزى لمتغير الجنس . 3 ـ لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي لدور الأستاذ في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم تعزى لمتغير التخصص(أدبي، علمي). 4 ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدراك تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي في إشباع حاجة تحقيق الذات لديهم تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي(السنة الأولى، الثانية ، الثالثة). تمت مناقشة هذه النتائج في ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة وإختتمت بتقديم بعض المقترحات الموجهة للباحثين في مجال علم النفس وعينة الدراسة.

The present study aimed to identify the nature of secondary education pupils' perception of the role of the professor in satisfying their need for self-realization, and to find out whether there are differences in the perception of secondary education pupils of the role of the professor in satisfying their need for self-realization attributable to each of the sex variables, specialization, academic level. The study adopted positive hypotheses as it assumed that there are differences in the perception of secondary education pupils of the role of the professor in satisfying their need for self-realization due to each of the sex variables, specialization, academic level. The study relied on the descriptive, exploratory and comparative approach, as the study was exploratory in its starting point and extended to study the possible differences in the studied variables. A questionnaire was designed to collect the study data and it was applied after checking some of its psychometric properties (validity and reliability). The study was applied to a sample of secondary education students, estimated at 95 individuals, and the data were processed Version 21 The study reached results using spss next: 1- Secondary education pupils ’perception of the professor’s role in satisfying their need for self-realization is positive. 2- There are statistically significant differences in the perception of secondary education pupils in satisfying their need for self-realization due to the gender variable. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the perception of secondary education pupils of the role of the professor in satisfying their need for self-realization due to the variable of specialization (literary, scientific). 4- There are statistically significant differences in the perception of secondary education pupils in satisfying their need for self-realization due to the educational level variable (first, second, and third year). These results were discussed in the light of the theoretical side and previous studies, and concluded by presenting some proposals directed to researchers in the field of psychology and the study sample
