The aim of this study was to identify the role of physical sport activity to improve some life skills among teenagers. The researcher relied on a sample of 235 students, using the life skills scale of " al- Suwtari." The researcher used the descriptive approach, using the arithmetical average, the standard deviations, coefficient correlation in the general method, the percentages and student test of the two unrelated samples. Among the most important results of the study, there are statistically significant differences in the level of social skills (communicating and communication, leadership spirit, teamwork). Also, there are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological skills (making decision, self-confidence, taking responsibility and problem solving) between the practitioners of physical activity and sport and the non-practitioners. There are also statistically significant differences in the level of physical and technical skills (skills) between practitioners of physical activity and sport and the nonpractitioners, and these are in favor of practitioners.en_US
