Abstract: This research paper aims to study the provisions of the Islamic financial windows through the system of Bank of Algeria No. 20-02 related to defining the banking operations related to Islamic banking and the rules for their practice by banks and public financial institutions and assessing these conditions, and the research included the conditions for establishing the windows and the mechanism of their work. The study concludes with efforts made to reform the banking system and fulfill the Algerian society’s demand that it refuses to deal with interest in financial transactions and introduces Islamic banking as an alternative to it, by relying on the descriptive and analytical approaches to explain this system
