dc.description.abstractWorkers in different professions seek to define a number of general principles that govern their profession, Among them are media men who are committed to applying a set of rules of conduct and ethics, which are not mentioned in the media laws, but it enter into what is known as the ethics of the media profession. Through this work, we will try to identify the most important of these ethics among journalists, whether working in traditional media or in new media, and their sources and the risks of absence and violation of the ethics of media work by media professionals and their media institutions, and exposure to the most important solutions proposed to reduce these abuses, and present the most important methods enhance the ethics of the media profession Among them: the necessity to train and qualify journalists and trainees, and to involve them in setting up codes of honor in their institutions, and activating the role of civil society, so that it will monitor what is published by the various mediaen_US
