Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: إن للحوكمة السياسية دور كبير في تسيير كافة الموارد الاقتصادية و البشرية للمجتمع و ذلك بهدف تحقيق التنمية السياسية بصفة خاصة و التنمية الشاملة بصفة عامة، و لكن سوف نتناول واقع الحوكمة السياسية في الجزائر و ذلك حسب تقرير المؤشر العربي و مقياس الديمقراطية العربي، و الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على وضعية الحوكمة السياسية في الجزائر و ماهي أهم التطورات و التغيرات التي تعرفها الجزائر في هذه الفترة من 2011 إلى غاية 2016 ، وما هي أهم التحديات التي تواجهها ، و كذلك الإستراتيجيات المقترحة من طرف المنظمات الدولية لغرس مبادئ الحوكمة السياسية في الجزائر المتعلقة بالمشاركة السياسية و المجتمع المدني. :
