dc.description.abstractAfter the suspension of school because of Covid-19, the responsibilities of the family in terms of socialization have had negative and positive effects, which drive toward the replanning of a culture of change in accordance with the quality of educational institutions. The aim of this article is to address the issue of social upbringing between the family, the school and the main theoretical entries that it has been analysis. It provides the negative and positive repercussions of the school suspension on the school and on the family. The new educational roles of the two are reached after this pandemic, according to a Sociological and cultural perspective. The problem is that the author is looking at how to put the school in education and technology after returning from its absence because of the Covid-19 and leaving it solely responsible for the social upbringing of the family. It is analyzed in a Sociological and cultural approach that tends to be based on reality In the midst of a health crisis and its after math in the level of social upbringing Within the Family and School System. The most important finding is that the family cannot lead socialization without relying on school. It must be prepared to withdraw from its responsibilities. The circumstances are also pushing for a review of the reform of the educational system in accordance with new strategies that are in line with rapid global changes.en_US
