dc.description.abstract | This study aims at finding out the doctors ’attitudes towards the organizational climate of the health institution in the state of Skikda. a questionnaire was used in data collection; it was distributed on a sample of 40 doctors. the results indicated: -The presence of negative trends among doctors work conditions, after the the application of incentives and rewards system and after the pattern of supervision. -the presence of positive trends towards communication and technology in light of the repercussions of the Corona virus. Consequently, doctors have negative trends towards the organizational climate change in the health institution in light of the repercussions of the Corona virus. | en_US |
