In this work, we carried out a set of studies on the oil rapeseed plant Brassica napus at the Center for Scientific and Technical Research in Physico - Chemical Analyzes CRAPC at the University of Ouargla. Samples were collected from the southeastern region of Algeria, the Wilaya of Ouargla, specifically from the Technical Institute for the Development of Desert Agriculture ITDAS, with longitude 05°, 4°E and latitude 32°, 30N. The preliminary results of this study showed a yield in oil extraction estimated at 28.7 %, which is comparable to the results of previous studies in international research. We used a GC-MS chromatograph at CRAPC laboratory to perform the detailed analysis, and a group of compounds were obtained, including: 13-Docosenoic acid, methyl ester / Methyl hexadeca-2,4-dienoate / 11-Eicosenoic acid, methyl ester / Hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester This is what values the study of this product in the southeastern region of Algeria.-
