dc.description.abstractThe study aims to determine the role of the employee affiliation of civil protection personnel in the state of Biskra in promoting citizenship behaviour. The descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted to study the subject from its theoretical and practical side, depending on the questionnaire tool. The study reaches a set of field results, the most important of which is that employee affiliation explains 62% of the changes occurring in the behaviour of organizational citizenship.en_US
