dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to reveal the effects of organizational communication types on the functional performance in hospital of mother and child in Touggourt, as well as to identify the level of organizational communication types and the level of functional performance. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed consisting of (45) items, which included a sample of (125) employees. Through the use of tools for quantitative analysis, the results of analysis showed a modest interest in organizational communication whose relative importance was (62.20%), as there is an average practice for its dimensions (written, oral and electronic communication), as well as the level of functional performance was also medium and its relative importance (60.04%). It was also there are positive effects of organizational communication types on the functional performance.en_US
