Abstract

ملخص باللغة العربية: يتم التطرق في هذا الموضوع إلى آليات مكافحة الإغراق في التجارة الدولية باعتباره صورة من أعمال المنافسة غير المشروعة و الضارة باقتصاديات الدول المستهدفة و خاصة النامية منها ، إن الإغراق و إن كان يستند إلى مبدأ حرية التجارة إلا انه يضعف المنتوج الوطني و الشركات المنتجة له ، و من ثم إخراجها من السوق، و قد تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الإغراق و أنواعه و آثاره السلبية خاصة على اقتصاديات الدول، وصولا إلى التدابير المقررة لمواجهته على ضوء اتفاقيات المنظمة العالمية للتجارة التي وفرت للأعضاء المنضمين لها من خلال اتفاقية الجات 1994 وسائل مشروعة تتمثل في آليات مكافحة الإغراق لحماية اقتصاديات الدول المستهدفة بالإغراق.
