dc.description.abstractThis study aims to verify the factor structure of the psychological health to measure in work for Massé and his colleagues. We used exploratory analysis in the main components, with orthogonal axes of rotation ,the factor structure of the scale of psychological health was investigated in a large sample of 256 teachers in Djelfa. The same factor structure of the original scale of the psychological well-being, having a hexagonal factor structure, was found. The results found that the scale did not maintain its original factor structure of the psychological distress scale of work, It has a triple structure. Depending on the Kaiser test.
