dc.description.abstract | This study aimed at identifying the most common sources of professional pressures, and their level of pressures in a sample of nurses, and the extent to which this level varies according to the variables (gender, professional experience, professional grade). The study sample consisted of (63) nurses, and the use of a measure of professional pressure, and after statistical analysis using the Statistical system SPSS The study concluded that: -The most common professional pressures in the study sample were the nature, and the work environment in the rate of (14, 07). -Nurses suffer from a high level of professional pressure. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional pressures, due to gender variables and professional experience. - There were statistically significant differences in the level of professional pressures that returns on the professional grade in the favor of the low grades.
