Psychological & Educational Studies Reviewen_US
The study aims to present our on-the-ground experience in how cooperative learning strategies are applied for oriented work and for the process of training the new hired teachers. We will explain the most important steps we have taken in implementing the strategy, starting by defining the skills that it develops, and then models of the pedagogical objectives of the studied material. After that, we will show how to form small groups, the ways we followed and the criteria we complied with. We will then exhibit the roles we have assigned to each individual within the group, starting with election of the group's administrator and author. Then we will provide examples of some of the training activities related to research methodology that were spread to students, and the psychology of the university professor ones distributed to teachers. We will also define the time allocated to each activity for each session, the time for each intervention and the tips to execute it. Finally, we will show how to present and discuss the work done collectively.en_US
