دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية جديع SPA دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن – تقرت- 2016-2019

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وإبراز دورها في تحسين الأداء المالي باعتبارها أداة حديثة وفعالة لقياس وتطوير الأداء في المؤسسة كما حاولنا إبراز أهمية استخدام هذه الأداة لمراقبة التسيير ومن أجل اعطاء أكثر فعالية لتقييم أداء المؤسسة, واعتمدنا على دراسة الحالة والمقابلة وفق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت النتائج أن بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من أحدث الأساليب التي تساعد المؤسسات على تطبيق الإستراتيجية وتحسين الأداء كما تعتمد على تقييم الأداء من جوانب متعددة.

The study aimed to identify the Balanced scorecard and highlight its role in improving Financial performance as a modern and effective tool for measurement and devlopment of performance in the organization. We also tried to highlight the importance of using this tool to monitor management and in order to give more effective evalution of the organization's performance. Descriptive analytical method.The results sowed that the balanced scorecard is one of the latesst methods that help organizations implement strategy and improve performance, as well as rely on evaluating performance from multiple aspects.
