dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the level of organizational citizenship behavior among the administrative staff at the University of Batna 1, as well as to detect differences in organizational citizenship according to (age, level of education, professional experience). the descriptive analytical method, questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior were used. the sample consisted of 84 administrative staff at the University of Batna 1. After analyzing the data statistically using Excel 2010 and SPSS20.0, the study reached to The level of the practice of organizational citizenship behavior among administrative staff was high, and There was no statistically significant differences in the level of practicing organizational citizenship behavior among administrative staff according to (sex, educational level, professional experience).en_US
