dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to identify the availability of strategic planning indicators at the University of Oum El Bouaghi from the point of view of faculty members and students. The study was conducted on a sample of (153) professors and students, including (64) faculty members, and (89) male and female students. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (46) phrases, and the statistical treatment of the data revealed that the indicators of strategic planning at Oum El Bouaghi University are available to a moderate degree from the point of view of both students and professors. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the response averages of Oum El Bouaghi University professors and the Oum El Bouaghi University students' responses to a questionnaire about the availability of strategic planning indicators. | en_US |
