dc.description.abstractThe study aims at identifying the degree of practicing leadership skills by the Algerian primary school principals in the light of the new reforms. Hence, achieving the aforementioned aim, a questionnaire is conducted and administered, after confirming the indications of its validity and stability, to (80) teachers of the seventh administrative district of Biskra. The study reveals that the degree of practicing leadership skills by primary school principals is high, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05). Primary school principals are attributable to personal variables (gender, seniority, scientific level).en_US
