دور رأس المال المخاطر)االستثماري( في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة FINALEP و SOFINANCE عرض تجارب بعض الشركات

Abstract

حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة استعراض تطور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر ومدى مساهمتها في خلق مناصب شغل، وكذا إلى أهم العقبات التي تواجه تمويلها تناول تقنية التمويل عن طريق شركات رأس المال المخاطر كبديل تمويلي مستجد، موضحين آلية العمل، مزاياها وعيوبها وكدلك تجارب بعض الدول الرائدة في هدا المجال وهو ما يشكل محتوى الفصل الأول، أما الفصل الثاني تم دراسة شركة رأس المال المخاطر finalep و sofinance مع التطرق إلى متطلبات إنجاح هدا النوع من الشركات وسبل دعم نموها في الجزائر لأنها مصدر مهم في تمويل نمو المؤسسات المالية الصغيرة والمتوسطة.

In this paperwork we have tried to review the development of the numerous small and medium enterprises SMES in Algeria .and their contribution to the creation of Jobs and the most important finance obstacles. we tried to understand the financing technique through the venture capital companies rather than traditional finance system. by demonstrating how it works, advantage and its weakness and the experiences of some off the leading contries in this filed in the second part. Finally, we examined the case of the venture capital comp any so called finalip and sofinance Algeria with focuce on the conditions of success of this type of companies and ways to support their growth in Algeria because it is an important source of financing the growth of SMEs
