أثر القيادة الإدارية على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي دراسة حالة بكلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير القيادة الإدارية على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي بكلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات مع المقابلة والملاحظة والوثائق الرسمية، وقد اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة بلغ تعدادها (...) منفردة استرجعت منها (..) صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى القيادة الإدارية كان.......وكذا مستوى أداء الأستاذ الجامعي كان.......، كما وجدنا أن العلاقة الإرتباطية بين القيادة الإدارية كمتغير مستقل وأداء الأستاذ الجامعي كمتغير تابع علاقة ...، وتوصلنا ....... فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بالمتغيرات الشخصية (العمر، الرتبة العلمية، عدد سنوات التدريس).

The study aimed to find out the extent of the influence of the administrative leadership on the performance of the university professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences University of Qasidi Merbah and Ouargla, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information with the interview, observation and official documents,. The distribution process was limited to the simple random sample method, with of (...), from which it retrieved (...), suitable for statistical treatment using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version . The study concluded with several results, the most important of which is that the level of administrative leadership was ....... and likewise the level of the university professor’s performance was ......., and we also found that the correlation between administrative leadership as an independent variable and the performance of the university professor as a dependent variable is a relationship .. ., And we found ....... statistically significant differences between the respondents' answers regarding personal variables .
