Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم توزيع 57 استبانة على عينة من الموظفين وقمنا بالمعالجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تساهم في تفعيل أداء الموارد البشرية، وتتبنى شركة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة تكنولوجيا معلومات متطورة، ويحقق المورد البشري أداء متميز.

The aim of this study is to identify the role of information technology and the performance of human resources in Algeria Telecom Unit Ouargla, to achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive approach, whereby a questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data, 57 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of employees, and we performed statistical treatment based on the SPSS program, the study found that information technology contributes to activating the performance of human resources, and Algeria Telecom adopts advanced information technology unity and mobility, the human resource achieves outstanding performance.
