dc.description.abstractCe manuscritprésente l‟étude de faisabilité d‟un micro biocapteur à base d‟un circuit hyperfréquences. Ce biocapteur serait capable de mesurer la concentration de certains éléments biologiques ou chimiques dans une solution aqueuse, en passant par la mesure de la permittivité diélectrique de ce dernier. Pour ce faire, nous avons choisi le résonateur coplanaire à ligne demi-longueur d‟onde comme candidat.La simulation a montré une variation du pic de résonance lorsqu‟on change la permittivité diélectrique du liquide appliqué.Une augmentation de la permittivité provoque une baisse de la fréquence de résonance du biocapteur à cause de l‟augmentation de la permittivité effective de la structure globale.en_US

dc.description.abstractThis manuscript presents the feasibility study of a micro-biosensor based on a microwave circuit. This biosensor would be able of measuring the concentration of certain biological or chemical elements in an aqueous solution, through the measurement of the dielectric permittivity of the latter. To do this, we have chosen the half-wavelength line coplanar resonator. The resonance peak shift when changing the dielectric permittivity of the applied liquidwas observed in the simulation. An increase in permittivity causes a decrease in the resonant frequency of the biosensor due to the increase in the effective permittivity of the overall structure-
