أثر الدورات التكوينية على حاملي المشاريع (المقاولين) دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب -ANSEJبورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الدورات التكوينية على أداء حاملي المشاريع من خلال أبعاده، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوب الوصفي، لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة،حيث تم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات،وتم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة قدرها (30) والمتمثلة في حاملي المشاريع في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب من إجمالي تعداد المجتمع (50)حيث تم استرجاع (30) استبانه صالحة للتحليل، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spssv20 لمعالجة البيانات عن طريق المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها:  أبعاد الدورات التكوينية مطبقة جميعها في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب؛  أداء حاملي المشاريع مرتفع في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب؛  تؤثر الدورات التكوينية في أداء حاملي المشاريع.

The aim of the study is to identify the effect of the training courses on the performance of project holders through its dimensions, and to achieve this goal the study relied on the descriptive method, due to its suitability to the nature of the study. In the National Agency for Youth Employment Support from the total community census (50), where (30) questionnaires were retrieved valid for analysis, the descriptive and analytical approach was used and the data contained in the questionnaires were analyzed by using the program of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences spssv20 to process the data by means of arithmetic means and standard deviations Correlation coefficients and simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: • The training course dimensions are all implemented in the National Agency for Youth Employment Support; • The performance of project holders is high in the National Agency for Support of Youth Employment; • The training sessions affect the performance of the project holders.
