dc.description.abstract | The present study has as objective the qualitative analysis and the valuation of the antimicrobic activity of the raw extracts of three cultivars of local dates of the bowl of Ouargla: Takarmoust, Timjouhart and Ghars. The qualitative analysis was tested by thin layer chromatography. The antibacterial activity was tested by the agar diffusion method against three bacterial strains. Qualitative analysis of the date extracts revealed the presence of tannins. The antibacterial activity test shows the activity of the crude extracts of the three cultivars against S. aureus and E. coli. However, the bacterial strain P. aeroginosa is the most resistant germ to extracts from the three cultivars studied. For the fungal stump Candida albicans, all three cultivars show no activity | - |
