Étude et simulation par Automate Siemens S7-300 d'un procédé potabilisateur.

Abstract

Ce travail concerne le réseau de transport des hydrocarbures au sein du groupe Sonatrach, et notamment la région de transport de Haoud el Hamra. Le site de Haoud el Hamra est réparti en plusieurs parcs de stockage et de pompage. En effet, une étude sur la station de pompage de condensât du site de Haoud-El-Hamra au terminal d’arrivé de Skikda, est effectuée. Cette dernière est un ensemble de sous-systèmes combinés. L’un de ces systèmes, est de filtration des eaux. Notre travail porte principalement sur l’automatisation de la station d'eau potable par automate programmableS7-300 et le logiciel TIA PORTAL V13 qui est logiciel d’ingénierie de SIEMENS. This work concerns the hydrocarbon transport network within the Sonatrach group, and in particular the Haoud el Hamra transport region. The Haoud el Hamra site is divided into several storage and pumping parks. In fact, a study on the condensate pumping station at the Haoud-El-Hamra site at the Skikda arrival terminal is being carried out. The latter is a set of combined subsystems. One of these systems is water filtration. Our work mainly concerns the automation of the water filtration station, the S7-300 programmable controller and the TIA PORTAL V13 software which is SIEMENS engineering software.
