dc.description.abstract | Le but de ce travail est d’optimiser par simulation, moyennant du logiciel SCAPS, l’épaisseur Wp, la composition Y et la densité des atomes de dopage Na ainsi que, la densité des défauts Nt de la couche absorbeur en Sb2(Se1-xSx)3 d’une cellule solaire PV en couches minces. Il est trouvé que L’épaisseur Wp a une valeur optimale de 0.4 μm. Cependant, la composition Y optimale est le plus faible ce qui correspond à un gap minimaleEg = 1.18 eV. Tandis que, la concentration des atomes de dopage Na ne dépasse pas 1015 cm-3 . En plus, la couche absorbeur doit être choisir d’une manière à posséder une densité de défauts Nt le plus faible possible. Le rendement maximal correspond à cesvaleursest de 14.37 %. | - |
dc.description.abstract | The goal of this work is to optimize by simulation, using SCAPS software, the thickness Wp, the composition Y and the doping atoms density Na as well as the defects density Nt ofSb2(Se1-xSx)3absorber layer of a thin film PV solar cell. It is found that the thickness Wp has an optimum value of 0.4 μm. However, the optimal Y composition is the lowest, which corresponds to a minimum gap Eg = 1.18 eV. While, the doping atoms concentration Na does not exceed 1015 cm-3 . In addition, the absorber layer must be chosen in such a way as to have the lowest possible defects density Nt.
