Ce-projet présente une étude détaillée sur un tronçon de route de 12 Km pour l’évitementd’ouest de la ville de TOUGGOURT sur la RN3. Le but de l’étude du projet est de trouver une solution technique afin d’éviter le passage par le centre urbain Touggourt, et de dissiper l’encombrement des véhicules à l’autre chemin par la construction d’un dédoublement (2x2voies) avec un séparateur (TPC).
