Defense that there is a reason for legalization before the Algerian judiciary

Abstract

The legal pillar is the text of the criminalization that is applicable to the act, and it is one of the pillars of the crime, and it is considered an illegal attribute of the material act that merges with it and does not have an independent existence. Criminalization to the circle of permissibility, and the reasons for permissibility according to what the legislator went to and specified in the provisions of the Penal Code are the legitimate defense, the order of the law and the permission of the law. And how to raise it and the conditions necessary for that in the form of a substantive, effective and productive defense, arranging the verdict of acquittal, so I will analyze the articles contained in the Penal Code that stipulate the reasons for permissibility, and then explain how to cite these articles by raising them in an objective manner using the Code of Criminal Procedure, citing some decisions and jurisprudence In order to add the practical aspect to the study and show the impact of these defenses on the criminal case.
