dc.description.abstract | Since the legislative intervention in the insurance relationship recognizes the right of the insurer to return in order to achieve a contract balance, where the exercise of this right is linked to the question of the extent to which the insured can combine the amount of insurance with compensation of liability, where the insured may combine these amounts refrains from referring to the insured, so that the official is not obliged to pay compensation twice, where when the combination may prohibit solutions, and the return of the insured replacing the insured injured in the rights of the latter before the official is linked and the availability of Compensatory status of insurance, along with other literary considerations.
