Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في نشر ثقافة الحوار، خاصة في ظل الانتشار الواسع والاستقطاب المتزايد لهذا النوع من التكنولوجيا لكل الفئات العمرية في المجتمع، و في مقدمتها فئة الشباب. لقد ساهمت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في سرعة انتشار الأفكار دون أي ضوابط أو قيود، وفي تنمية الوعي الاجتماعي والسياسي لمستخدميها بحتمية الحوار كبديل للصراع والعنف، عبر مجموعة من الأدوات المستعملة في عملية التواصل والتفاعل كالدردشة، والرسائل القصيرة، ومقاطع الفيديو وغيرها والتي يمكن أن تقرب وجهات النظر حول قضية معينة. ولنشر ثقافة الحوار كان لزاما على كل الفواعل المجتمعية كالأسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسات الدينية والثقافية وغيرها أن تتحمل مسئوليتها الاجتماعية من خلال توعية الأفراد بالتعاطي الإيجابي مع هذه المواقع خاصة فيما يتعلق بمسألة الحوار، وجعل منها وسائل للتقارب والتعايش مع الآخر. This study aims to highlight the role of social networks in promoting the culture of dialogue, in particular in the area of the generalization of the use of this type of technology by modern societies, and more specifically young people. Social networks allow the dissemination of ideas without control or restrictions, as well as the development of the social and political consciousness of their users. As a result, through a set of tools used in the communication and interaction process such as chat, SMS, videos ... they contribute to the awareness of the inevitability of dialogue as an alternative to conflicts and violence. In order to develop the culture of dialogue through social networks, all actors in society such as the family, school, religious and cultural institutions must participate in the instruction of individuals in the rational use of the latter particularly in terms of dialogue.
